Ipsy + Benefit Lash Brash THIRD Prize!

Hello, my internet friends!  I have to tell you- it's a great day to be Only Average.


Why, you ask?  Well, because today, the FedEx man left a lovely parcel on my steps, from BENEFIT COSMETICS!  (insert "squeeing" here)

I was so excited to be chosen to host a Lash Bash (read all about our bash HERE, and to see what all I was sent for my Lash Bash, go HERE), and was seriously sent to cloud nine when I saw that I was selected as a Hostess with the Mostess by Ipsy and Benefit.  I had to sign a bunch of legal disclaimers, and then the waiting for my prize began.

My Third Place prize from the Lash Bash has arrived!  The bonus is, because I have cosmetic allergies, Benefit worked with me to put a different product in my package- what awesome customer service, and so very sweet of them!

They're Real! Mascara, full size (85g/0.3 oz), retails for $23, available HERE.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again- this mascara does amazing things to my lashes!  I like this mascara more now that my tube has been open a while- the formula was a bit wet for my taste and I had to break up my lash clumps daily for the first couple of weeks, but now- NO CLUMPS!  This is a wonderful mascara, and if you haven't tried it yet, you are missing out on a possible Holy Grail.  Yes, it's really that good- there is a reason why this is the number one selling mascara, worldwide, based on number sold and not dollars sold.  Benefit also sells a travel size of this mascara for $10, and currently they sell a set of a full size and travel size for $23- fabulous.

Benetint, full size (12.5mL/0.4 US fl. oz), retails for $30, available HERE. 

Benetint has a fantastic history, and is the very first product that Benefit created.  This lip and cheek tint does an amazing job of giving a soft, rosy, healthy glow that stays and stays- according to the package, "even in the thralls of passion".  Is that not the best product description ever?  I swatched this before, so I'll just recycle that picture here:

Watt's Up!, full size (9.4g/0.33 oz), retails for $30, available HERE.

What an awesome prize!  I've NEVER tried the Watt's Up! before, and was super excited to receive this, instead of the POREfessional, as I suffered a nasty reaction to that particular product (and That Gal!; I reacted poorly to that also).  The packaging of Watt's Up! is SUPER cute- it kind of looks like a light bulb.

The top, larger piece pops off, and inside is a beautiful champagne colored highlighter, and in the bottom is a smudging tool to blend the highlighter out.
